LED outdoor grille screen adopts modular design, and the standard cabinet size is 1000x500mm.
The thickness is only 70.5mm.
There are three specifications: P15.625×15.625/P31.25×31.25/P50x50 (other specifications and sizes can be customized).
Ultra Thin and Light
GS series outdoor grille LED screen cabinet weight is only 6.5KG for P31.25-31.25, 7.5KG for P15.625-31.25 and 9.5KG for P15.625-15.625.
The light and thin design in LED grille displays enhances portability, installation flexibility, and aesthetic appeal, while also potentially reducing energy consumption and simplifying maintenance.
Excellent Quality
The LED grille screen can be processed using SMD or DIP. After the lamp beads are pasted, they are glued and waterproofed, and a protective mask is added. The cabinet structure is made of 6063 aluminum alloy that has been sprayed or anodized.

Outdoor Grille LED Display Details
Installation Method for Buckle Design
- Fix the back frame and put the grille LED screen cabinet into the corresponding position of the back frame.
- Tighten the latch, then release so that the latch engages the keyhole on the back frame.
- Tighten the lower screws.
Installation Method for Hook Design
- According to the splicing size of the screen, make the profile frame according to the engineer’s requirements.
- Fasten the hook with self-tapping screws.
